How to avoid deformation when customizing acrylic display racks

Everyone is familiar with customizing acrylic display racks, but recently some new customers have given me feedback that the display racks will deform after a period of time. 1: If it is a large acrylic exhibition stand, it is recommended to install a frame and reserve contraction and expansion gaps;
2: Drill appropriate screw holes and lock them with screws to avoid loosening;
3: Select elastic rubber gaskets;
4: During hot forming, it can improve the impact strength and release internal stress to reduce pressure;
5: Hot forming into wave shaped, diamond shaped, and semi-circular shapes can prevent the acrylic exhibition stand from deforming due to its own weight sagging;
6: When using a large format acrylic display stand, it is necessary to increase the thickness to prevent the board from sagging and deforming due to its own weight;
7: Choose an appropriate thickness to avoid bending deformation of the acrylic plate caused by wind load;
