There are usually two processing processes for acrylic dust covers. The first is to put the entire material into an oven or other molds until the material is completely soft, and then fix it in the mother and child molds. The second is to bond the material into the required panel and then perform hot bending to use the bonded edges for positioning. The hot bending position requires experienced technicians to operate it, which is related to temperature changes and different material thicknesses, and can be carried out simultaneously. Otherwise, it is easy to cause foaming and inaccurate bending without baking properly.
