Customized acrylic boxes for water filling purposes, such as flower boxes, small fish tanks, dry and wet separation boxes, tea trays, handicrafts, etc., have all experienced this problem. After a period of use, the box will leak water. What is the reason behind this? It costs people money but doesn't solve the problem. There are only two things that are not right about the production process and glue. Now, I will share a few tips on making.
The reason why acrylic boxes fall off after being used for a period of time is because the corrosiveness of the adhesive is not strong enough, or because during the manufacturing process, the material used in the diamond polishing machine is protected by the adhesive film, and when the machine rotates at high speed, the adhesive film is directly melted and attached to the surface of the board, resulting in adhesive during bonding, Acrylic adhesive only corrodes acrylic adhesive and cannot corrode it, which can cause it to fall off or leak after a period of time. The solution is to use acrylic adhesive with ultra-high concentration and stronger corrosiveness. It is best to process the box at a 45 degree angle during the production process. Acrylic adhesive is easier to bond and has better corrosiveness and durability after passing through a gong knife.
